Glenn W. Burton – Vice President

Mr. Burton is the Vice President of Finance for Avidasports, LLC. Since the inception of the company and its incorporation in 2009, Mr. Burton has been responsible for the overall financial operations of Avidasports(TM). He has also taken a lead role in business planning, financial pro forma documentation as well as all vendor and subcontractor coordination for this rapidly growing company.

As the chief finance officer of the company, he has also established relationships with bankers, prospective investors and in formulating customer payment plans and financing terms. Mr. Burton is an entrepreneur in his own right and has operated several successful business enterprises over a 26-year career.

Mr. Burton joined Avidasports(TM) in 2009 from Burton Mortgage Services company of Mt. Clemens, Michigan. He served as president of this residential real estate mortgage firm for 14 years. He is a member of the Mt. Clemens Rotary Club.

An avid sailor, Mr. Burton is also one of 10 people to serve on the Governing Board of the International Etchells class of racing sailboats. He is one of three such members that reside in the United States. He is also a world champion sailor and an active member of the Bayview Yacht Club in Detroit.

Mr. Burton earned his bachelor’s of science and bachelor’s of administration degrees from Northeastern University, where he majored in finance. He resides in Grosse Pointe City with his wife, Terri, and two of their four children.
