Scott serves in a hands-on capacity as head of operations for the start-up company since its incorporation in early 2009. He has responsibility over the design and high-technology manufacturing of Micro-Electrical Mechanical Systems and sensors used in the company’s patented product line. He oversaw the national roll-out of the company’s telemetry devices used to enhance the performance of competitive swimmers by using revolutionary sensors to measure their individual and team performances while allowing feedback from coaches and the sate-of-the-art system. In addition to the high-tech telemetry sensor products worn by swimmers; Scott is engaged in overseeing the distribution and installation of data relay systems at client facilities. Scott also serves in a strategic capacity in steering the company’s marketing, sales, public relations functions and customer quality assurance and customer satisfaction programs.Scott has excellent leadership skills and is a team leader and team builder stemming from a 15-year career in coaching and athletic sports management. Prior to joining Avidasports, he was the swim coach for the prestigious Cranbrook Schools in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan from 1994-2009. While at Cranbrook, Scott led his swim teams to set new school records and numerous champions.

A competitor at heart, Scott is also a partner in Streamline Events; a nationally recognized event management company. The company manages open water swimming events, triathlons, and running and cycling events that draw over 15,000 participants annually.

He is married and resides in Bloomfield Hills, MI with his wife and two children.
