Steve joined Avidasports in 2011 as General Manager responsible for sales, marketing, licensing, branding and overall business operations. Steve’s philosophy of “customer first” leads the Avidasports team to continuous improvement in the value proposition to the Company’s impressive list of distinguished universities, clubs and high schools.Steve is also Managing Director and of Stebb & Associates, a professional services firm that provides operational, financial and management solutions to middle market privately held concerns. The firm also leads clients to successful sale-side strategies and part of the firm’s growing M&A division.A licensed CPA and member of the Turnaround Management Association, his professional experience includes seven years at Price Waterhouse and also as Chief Operating Officer of a manufacturing and technology firm.

Steve founded Stebb in 1995.

Married to Patricia Wandschneider, Steve lives in Lake Orion, Michigan with their three sons where he is actively involved with a variety of community and civic associations.
