 Mrs. Donnan has been employed with Avidasports(TM) since 2010, however, her involvement with the high-tech swimming innovator stems from the company’s origins. She served as an assistant manager at the prestigious Cranbrook Schools Natatorium in Bloomfield Hills where the invention was conceived by founder Bruce Burton. While at Cranbrook Schools she helped in the opening of the new $10 million natatorium and assisted in creating standard operating procedures, as well as swimming curriculum and training plans.An avid swimmer, fitness expert and coach, Mrs. Donnan has a passionfor aquatics training and helping swimmers achieve their personal best and swim teams their top performance.

Since graduating from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois from the School of Human Performance and Wellness, she has held various positions in managing sports facilities and training/coaching swim teams and water polo teams.  She has hosted swim camps, and has been actively engaged in USA Swimming regional competitions, league meets and invitationals. In addition, she has served as a coach and recruiter for the National Junior Olympic tournament.

Tracking data, video taping the performance of athletes providing data feedback and establishing measurable new performance goals has been a passion in her work with the Life Time Fitness Company, Cranbrook Educational Community, Disneyland Resorts and in private practice as a personal trainer.

Mrs. Donnan, who actively swims and runs in marathons and triathlons has also bicycled all the way from Chicago to Palm Springs, California. She is fluent in Spanish. She currently resides in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
